Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.


Domestic & International Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping.

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • On Purpose Hair & Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. On Purpose Hair & Co is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages due to incorrect customer information

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

On Purpose Hair & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.


Delays & Service Interruptions

Shipping times may be impacted by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during such delays.
