Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all hair care products are non-returnable once opened or used.
We only accept returns in the following cases:

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
